Schedule your donor screening
Schedule an appointment to begin the Donor Screening process. At the Donor Screening you will complete a confidential Donor Questionnaire which helps to determine if you are eligible to donate and includes questions about your basic medical history or medications you may be taking. Once a staff member reviews your completed Donor Questionnaire you may be asked to participate in an infectious disease screening (IDS) test during that same visit. The IDS involves blood being drawn to test for routine diseases including HIV-1, HIV-2, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.
You’ll need to provide your contact information and confirm that you’re a U.S. citizen, between the ages of 18-55 years, be in good health, and weigh at least 120 lbs.
